At Mast Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
